Since the show first aired, many people have been thinking about The Boys. And it’s not for nothing since it’s a superhero show that defies many of the established cliches and brings something new to the table. Fans have been glued to the screen since the first episode was released, which comes as no surprise. Without going into spoilers, season 3 was just as good as the first season, if not better for some. So fans were eager to learn anything new about the upcoming season.
The fourth season of ‘The Boys’ will be the most unpredictable one yet.
While we don’t know much about the upcoming season, we do know that it will be the craziest one yet, with showrunners venturing into uncharted territory. What this means for our favourite characters is unknown, but it does suggest that they are all in for a world of hurt. Alonso, Fukuhara, and Usher are clearly excited about where this new season is going, and they teased fans at a panel they were doing by saying the show will include some “new fluids.”
I will say Season 4 is more intense than any other season. The stakes are higher. Everyone is at the point where they’re gambling more than they ever have. They broke out the periodic table of elements and added two things because of the show.Alonso, Fukuhara and Usher
This new development is consistent with what their co-star Simon Pegg has previously stated.
Hugh Campbell’s actor also revealed that the character will get a lot more screen time this season, appearing in no less than four episodes alongside Rosemarie DeWitt, who will play Hugh’s ex-wife.
While it was originally planned for the show to premiere in late 2023, the writer’s strike has caused a delay, and we can only hope that the fourth season will arrive in early 2024. While there is a long wait before this, fans are confident that it will be worthwhile. If you haven’t seen the show yet, now is a great time to start because all of the seasons are available on Prime Video.
