The Ghetto Film School, a nonprofit academy known for its commitment to diversity and inclusion in the film industry, is hosting its biggest fundraising event of the year. The fall benefit will honor three talented women for their impactful contributions: Danielle Brooks, Quinta Brunson & Sandra Oh.
What do we know about this year’s Ghetto Film School Fall Benefit?
The award-winning actors, Danielle Brooks, Sandra Oh and Quinta Brunson, were chosen for their inspirational and artistic influence. The benefit, sponsored by Sony Music Group and hosted by Amazon MGM Studios, will be held on October 12 at Brian and Veronica Grazer’s Los Angeles home. J.J. Abrams and Katie McGrath are on this year’s benefit committee, as are Kenya Barris, Sebastian Stan, Joaquin Phoenix and Rooney Mara, Barry Jenkins, Nate Moore, Lee Sung Jin, Catherine Hardwicke, and David Rubin!
