What if?
That is the question many of us are always thinking about. What if I had never written this. What if Elsa was evil? What if Disney never existed? Well, we have some of the answers for you, particularly to the second question.
I am sure you know by now that the script for movies see many changes and that includes Disney. As it turns out, the following movies had a somewhat darker turn of events that what we know and love now.
Some of these changes I would have even liked. So scroll down below and take a look at these sad and somewhat dark scenes that never made it into the movies.

#1 In an alternate ending, We actually saw scar dying as he got engulfed by flames.
#2 The Incredibles would actually start with Bob chopping off his own fingers realizing that he didn’t feel a thing and is actually a superhero.
#3 Elsa was actually evil in the first draft, She also tortured two of Han’s guards when they came to search for Anna.
#4 In Toy Story Andy pushed Buzz out the window because he was jealous.
#5 We were actually going to meet Hector when Miguel stumbled onto a celebrity bus tour in the land of the dead.
#6 The movie was supposed to open with a song that explained everything including El Día de Los Muertos.
#7 Moana actually had six brothers who taught her how to set sail.
#8 There was going to be a part of Lilo and Stitch where Lilo got annoyed at the racist tourists at the beach.
#9 There was originally a long musical montage called “Human Again.”
#10 In the original script of Lady and the tramp, the dogs would envision how it would be like if dogs and human roles were switched.
#11 Lighting McQueen was actually going to stumble upon a graveyard for old cars originally.
#12 There was going to be another song in Pocahontas “If I Never Knew” that explained their love.
#13 Gepetto actually thought of eating Cleo at one time when he was trapped inside the whale.
#14 Originally in Dumbo, Timothy spun a whole tale to lie to Dubo why Elephants were scared of Mice.
#15 In Monster University, Mike and Sully actually met in Elementary School.
#16 Shan Yu actually destroyed a whole village in Mulan and that he could see through his Falcon’s eyes initially.
#17 There was supposed to be a scene in Zootopia where Judy and Nick see a bear being fitted for his collar at his “taming party.”
